In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

By accessing the jijiph Platform, creating an Account, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the jijiph Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotion-specific terms published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the jijiph Platform and, if applicable, request the closure of your Account. Continued use of the Platform following notification of any amendment to these Terms & Conditions shall constitute your acceptance of the amended terms.

To register and maintain an Account on the jijiph Platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. The minimum gambling age of 21 is a strict legal requirement under PAGCOR regulations applicable to online gaming in the Philippines. jijiph enforces this requirement through identity verification processes.
• Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. You must not be subject to any court order or other legal restriction that would prevent you from engaging in online gaming.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction.
• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the jijiph Platform. Each person is entitled to one Account only.
• Not Self-Excluded: You must not have previously registered a self-exclusion from gambling that would cover the jijiph Platform.
• Not a jijiph Employee: You must not be a current employee, director, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of jijiph or any of its affiliated entities.

jijiph reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof within the period specified by jijiph may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

When creating an Account on the jijiph Platform, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested in the registration form. You undertake to maintain and promptly update your Account information to keep it accurate, current, and complete at all times.

You must provide your legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number or valid email address, and a secure password. jijiph may require additional information to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) obligations.

Before processing any withdrawal request, jijiph requires all Accounts to complete KYC verification. Acceptable identity documents for Filipino players include:

• Philippine Passport (valid or expired within 5 years)
• Land Transportation Office (LTO) Driver's License
• Unified Multi-Purpose ID (UMID)
• PhilSys National ID (Philippine National ID)
• Voter's ID (Comelec)
• PRC Professional ID

jijiph may request proof of address and, in certain circumstances, source-of-funds documentation. All KYC documents are processed and stored in accordance with the jijiph Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. You must not share your username, password, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. jijiph will never ask for your password via email, SMS, or live chat. You agree to immediately notify jijiph support if you suspect any unauthorized access to your Account.

jijiph accepts deposits in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱) through the payment methods listed on the Platform's deposit page, which currently include GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank (via InstaPay), 7-Eleven CLiQQ, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. jijiph reserves the right to add, remove, or modify accepted payment methods at any time.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• A minimum deposit amount may apply depending on the payment method selected. Minimum amounts are displayed at the time of transaction.
• jijiph does not charge a fee for standard deposits. Third-party providers may apply their own transaction fees, which are the Player's responsibility.
• Deposited funds are credited to your Real Money Balance and are available for wagering subject to any applicable deposit-linked bonus terms you have opted into.
• jijiph holds all Player funds in segregated accounts, separate from operational funds.

Players may voluntarily set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from the Account's responsible gaming dashboard. Once a limit reduction is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours. Limit increases are subject to a cooling-off period as described in Section 10.

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted for Real Money Balance — funds that have been deposited by the Player and, where applicable, have satisfied all applicable Wagering Requirements. Bonus Credits are not withdrawable unless converted to Real Money Balance through satisfaction of the applicable Wagering Requirement.

• Your Account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be directed to a payment method registered in your name and previously used for at least one deposit, unless jijiph approves an alternative following verification.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies. The current minimum is displayed on the withdrawal page.
• jijiph reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal.

Estimated withdrawal processing times, once your Account has been KYC-verified and the withdrawal request has been approved, are as follows:

• GCash / Maya: Typically processed within 1–4 hours
• BPI / BDO / UnionBank (InstaPay): Typically processed within 1–24 hours
• USDT TRC20: Subject to blockchain confirmation times
• Coins.ph: Typically processed within 2–6 hours

Processing times are estimates only. jijiph is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors, bank processing schedules, or network congestion.

jijiph offers various promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and loyalty program rewards. Each promotion is subject to specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion page, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this Section.

• Bonuses are awarded at jijiph's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, and per IP address.
• Bonus Credits are separate from Real Money Balance. Real Money Balance is used first when wagering, unless the Player's account settings specify otherwise.
• Wagering Requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each offer. Uncompleted Wagering Requirements result in forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Credits and any associated bonus-derived winnings.
• Not all games contribute equally to Wagering Requirements. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate than slot games. Contribution percentages are stated in each promotion's terms.

jijiph takes bonus abuse seriously. Behaviour that jijiph determines constitutes bonus abuse includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim a bonus multiple times; placing low-risk bets designed to meet Wagering Requirements without genuine play intent; colluding with other players to exploit promotions. jijiph reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel bonus-derived winnings, and suspend accounts found engaged in bonus abuse.

All games available on the jijiph Platform use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems or are conducted by live dealers in certified studio environments. jijiph publishes Return to Player (RTP) percentages for all slot and RNG table games.

Individual game rules are displayed within each game interface and, where applicable, on the game's dedicated information page. In the event of any discrepancy between game rules displayed in a game interface and any other communication, the rules displayed within the game interface shall prevail.

If a technical malfunction occurs during a game session — including but not limited to server interruptions, software errors, or connection failures — jijiph reserves the right to void the affected game round and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. jijiph's decision in matters of technical malfunction is final, subject to the disputes process in Section 16. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.

All wagers and payouts on the jijiph Platform are transacted in Philippine Peso (PHP/₱). Where a game provider displays odds or limits in a foreign currency, these are converted to PHP at the prevailing exchange rate determined by jijiph at the time of the transaction.

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the jijiph Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable.

• Registering more than one Account on the jijiph Platform, whether under your own name or any alias.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your Account.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or casino employees to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform without the express written consent of jijiph.
• Depositing funds that are proceeds of crime, money laundering, or any illegal activity.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or any action designed to recover deposited funds through payment channels after those funds have been used for wagering.
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, errors, or bugs to gain an unfair advantage. Any such gains are void and must be returned.
• Harassing, abusing, or threatening jijiph staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is prohibited by applicable law.

jijiph is committed to promoting responsible gambling and protecting vulnerable players. The minimum age for gambling on the jijiph Platform is 21 years, consistent with PAGCOR's mandatory minimum age requirement for online gaming in the Philippines. jijiph takes all reasonable steps to prevent underage gambling.

All jijiph Accounts have access to the following responsible gaming tools through the Account dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 24-hour cooling period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out.
• Reality Checks: Receive regular on-screen notifications during play showing your session duration and current net win/loss position.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for a period of 24 hours to 6 months. During a cool-off period, you will not be able to log in or deposit.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or semi-permanently exclude yourself from the jijiph Platform. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. jijiph will not market to self-excluded players.

All content on the jijiph Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, databases, and compilations, is the intellectual property of jijiph or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws of the Philippines and international conventions.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial use as a registered Player. You may not reproduce, redistribute, transmit, assign, sell, broadcast, rent, share, lend, modify, adapt, edit, create derivative works from, or otherwise transfer or use any jijiph content without the prior written consent of jijiph.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jijiph shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

jijiph's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty, or otherwise, shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player to their Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

jijiph does not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Philippine law.

jijiph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the jijiph Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

jijiph complies with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. Players have the right to access, correct, and in certain circumstances, request deletion of their personal data in accordance with applicable law.

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting jijiph customer support via live chat. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to you via your verified payment method, subject to the completion of any applicable KYC verification and pending wagering requirements. Bonus Credits are forfeited upon Account closure.

jijiph reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or KYC
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or criminal activity
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required period
• Conduct that jijiph reasonably believes is abusive, offensive, or harmful to the Platform, other players, or jijiph staff
• Regulatory requirement or direction from a competent authority

Where an Account is terminated by jijiph due to breach of these Terms, jijiph may retain the Account balance pending investigation. Real Money Balances will be returned after the investigation concludes, where no breach is established, subject to applicable legal requirements.

jijiph reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least seven (7) days prior to the effective date of the change, where operationally practicable.

Your continued use of the jijiph Platform after the effective date of any amended Terms & Conditions constitutes your acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not accept the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and request Account closure prior to the effective date.

The date at the top of these Terms & Conditions indicates the most recent revision. jijiph recommends reviewing these Terms periodically.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jijiph Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any dispute between a Player and jijiph should be directed in the first instance to jijiph's customer support team via live chat. jijiph commits to responding to formal written complaints within five (5) business days of receipt and to resolving disputes in good faith.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through jijiph's internal complaints process, the parties agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
