To comply with PAGCOR regulatory requirements; to satisfy Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations; to conduct Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Financing of Terrorism (CFT) screening; to report suspicious transactions to competent Philippine authorities as required by law; and to maintain records as required by regulation.

To analyse player behaviour patterns (in aggregated or pseudonymised form) to improve the jijiph Platform, game selection, user interface, payment options, and customer experience. jijiph does not use individual gaming data for profiling without appropriate safeguards.

You can manage non-essential cookies through your browser settings. Most modern browsers allow you to refuse cookies or delete cookies already stored on your device. Note that disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of the jijiph Platform. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be disabled without impairing core Platform functions such as login authentication.
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights in relation to your personal data held by jijiph. These are genuine legal rights, and jijiph is committed to facilitating their exercise promptly and without unnecessary barriers.
To exercise any of these rights, contact jijiph's Data Protection Officer using the details in Section 16. jijiph may request proof of identity before processing any data subject request to ensure the security of your account.
The jijiph Platform is strictly for individuals aged 21 years and above. jijiph does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below the age of 21. The minimum gambling age in the Philippines is 21 years, as required by PAGCOR regulations.
Where jijiph discovers or has reasonable grounds to believe that a player is under 21 years of age, the account will be immediately suspended, gameplay will be voided, and any deposited funds will be refunded to the payment method used for deposit. Any personal data collected from an underage individual will be deleted promptly following identification, subject to any data retention obligations necessary to document the enforcement action taken.
With your consent, or where jijiph has a legitimate interest in keeping existing players informed of relevant offers, jijiph may send you marketing communications about jijiph promotions, bonuses, new games, and platform features via email, SMS, or in-platform notifications.
You can opt out of jijiph marketing communications at any time by:
Opting out of marketing communications does not affect transactional communications that jijiph is required to send you as part of the service — such as account verification emails, withdrawal confirmations, and security alerts.
jijiph will not send promotional marketing to players who have activated a self-exclusion or cool-off period on their jijiph account. Marketing communications to active players include responsible gaming messages and 21+ reminders in accordance with PAGCOR guidelines.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this Policy indicates the most recent revision. jijiph recommends reviewing this Policy periodically. Your continued use of the jijiph Platform after notification of material changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Policy.
